What data is collected
Here, category by category, is what is sent to our servers, and what stays only on your phone.

Who this data is shared with
We never sell any data. It is shared only with the processors needed to run the app:
- Apple (and Google for the future Android version): sign-in and in-app payments depending on your platform
- RevenueCat: subscription management
- Supabase: database hosting
- Backblaze B2: photo hosting
- Mixpanel: analytics and usage statistics, to improve the app
- Sentry: error and crash monitoring, to fix bugs
How long it is kept
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. It is permanently deleted as soon as you delete your account.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deletion happens directly in the app (see below) ; for everything else, write to contact@tryaura.online.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time, directly from the app: Profile, My account, Delete my account. This deletes your account and all the data attached to it (journal, vision boards, favorites, streak, preferences), permanently and irreversibly.
If you no longer have access to the app (lost or broken phone, for example), write to contact@tryaura.online and we'll take care of it.
Minors
aura does not target people under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them.

This policy may evolve; the last-updated date at the top of the page always reflects its current version.
